- Slight variations in color may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
- As many of our products are handwoven, minor irregularities are natural and add to their charm.
2. Pricing
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed through our official website or WhatsApp.
- We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options.
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation for prepaid purchases.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We strive to dispatch all orders within the committed time frame.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
- You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
5. Exchange Policy
- Products can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
- Return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the customer. No reverse pickup facility is available.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
- An unboxing video (from the moment of opening) is mandatory for return approval.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
- Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders cancelled on time.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Padmavati Silks and Sarees and may not be used without permission.
