Exchange Policy
- Exchange available within 3 days of receiving the saree.
- Product must be in unused, unwashed condition and neatly packed in the original cover.
- Exchange will not be accepted if the saree is damaged, used, or repacked carelessly.
- No pickup facility is available.
- Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Exchange depends on stock availability.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged.
- A complete opening/unboxing video is mandatory — from start to finish.
- No return or refund will be processed without proper video proof.
- Product must be returned in the same condition with original packaging.
- Refunds will be initiated 7–10 working days after the product is received and verified.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
- No cancellations allowed once the product is shipped.
