Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your saree.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including tags and the saree cover.
- We do not offer a pickup facility. The return shipping must be arranged by the customer at their own cost.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged, and the following conditions are met:
- A full opening video from the beginning (before the parcel is opened) till the end must be provided.
- Return requests without video proof will not be considered.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
- If the product has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
- No cancellations are allowed after the order is shipped.
